Northeast Community News! April 18, 2016

Dear Friends and Family!
As I write this we have already had 2 of our 5 planned revival services under the Spirit led and anointed ministry of Evangelist Rev. Bill Ulmet! Already, our hearts have been touched and awakened by the Holy Spirit from spiritual slumber! Already, a fire has been ignited!
In case you are wondering, ‘Is it too late to come?’ the answer is an impassioned NO! We have services tonight (Monday), Tuesday, and Wednesday at 6:30pm with a simple dinner prepared each night from 5:45 – 6:15PM before the service. Come, draw closer to Jesus!
Don’t ‘feel’ like coming? I hear you! Honestly, I do! This former rascal can surely relate to anyone who might be thinking “I’m good” or “I’m tired” or “I’m too busy” or “My family doesn’t want to come.” Trust me, I’ve had all of these thoughts and more! But, I’d be remiss if I didn’t tell you the services I was most tempted to miss were the ones I will never forget!
Now, I know the weather is beautiful and the lawn work, beach, and neighborhood parks are calling you (especially after such a weird spring). But, don’t let the wonderful things of this world keep you from the best! Come, draw closer, and experience victory in Jesus!
Blessings, Pastor Dan

NEWS AND EVENTS
GRADUATION AND FAREWELL PARTY FOR JONATHAN GINGRICH MAY 08
We have been blessed! Four years ago a young Nazarene from Columbus, Ohio sought us out in his freshman year at Calvin College. Jonathan visited us… and never left… well, until now! It is with glad and heavy hearts we must say goodbye. In the space of 4 short years, among his many achievements, Jonathan has earned a chemical engineering degree, became co-captain of the cross country team at Calvin, runs our sound board, and has found a place in our hearts! We will miss him! But, not before we party! Plan to attend a ‘graduation/farewell party’ for Jonathan after our May 08th worship service!

FRANKLIN GRAHAM SCHEDULE
Rev. Christopher has asked us to remember and pray for Franklin Graham as he travels to all 50 state capitals to hold prayer rallies. He writes, “America is in trouble, and the only answer is found in Jesus Christ…. I will challenge Christian’s to pray, boldly live out their faith and stand for biblical values, and help turn America back to God” (2 Ch. 7:14).
